d’Vinci Launches StoneX eLearning Risk Management Academy

To create and disseminate knowledge about best-in-class risk management practices, d’Vinci developed the StoneX eLearning Risk Management Academy as an educational resource for grain origination and merchandising.

The StoneX eLearning Academy gives learners and their organizations certification that helps ensure long-term operational success in the grain industry.

Learners participate in three courses with multiple modules created in Articulate 360 Storyline. The modules include engaging gamification, relatable avatars, realistic photos, videos with industry experts, and custom infographics to elevate the learner experience. The program is built on d’Vinci’s custom LMS, ecoLearn® where learners can track their progress and receive badges for various goal achievements.

After completing the courses, learners who achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on the final exam receive an industry certification and professional continuing education credits from StoneX. The modules are SCORM-conformant to aid in StoneX’s certification, tracking, and reporting. Prior to the launch of the StoneX eLearning Academy, learners attended in-person training sessions or virtual webinars.
