Novalis Joins d’Vinci as New Instructional Designer/Project Manager

Ashlea Novalis recently joined the d’Vinci team as an instructional designer/project manager.

With a strong background in curriculum development, education, professional development training, and customer service, Novalis brings a customer-first mindset to the role. 

She began her career in the Baltimore City Public Schools, serving in many different capacities including English as a second language teacher, professional development facilitator, English teacher, and curriculum developer. Most recently, Novalis worked as an instructional designer where she developed numerous courses for the United States Secret Service. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education/English from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix.
