Engaging New Hires with Brand-Centric Learning

Themed Orientation Program

We worked with the team at Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) to create an orientation program to introduce new hires to the company's culture and arm them with the knowledge to be successful. The program includes a brand-based theme that weaves throughout the instructor-led learning experience. The facilitator engages learners with compelling visuals and activities.
