With close to 30 years of experience in educational media and interactive technologies, Luke gives vision and business leadership to d’Vinci. Luke joined the company in late 2012 when d'Vinci became a subsidiary of JPL, where he also serves as President. Throughout his career, Luke’s been a leader in promoting the use of media and technology in learning solutions and is known industry-wide for his training insights and expertise. Luke has a B.A. in communications from Wilmington University and M.Ed. in training and development from Penn State.
Chief Operating Officer
A force behind d’Vinci since 1996, Mason oversees day-to-day operations and leads the d’Vinci team as they produce award winning websites, learning experiences and applications. Mason drives d'Vinci processes, efficiency and impact, and brings over twenty years of experience in educational technology. Mason is a native of Maryland and an alumni of Shepherd University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design.
Eric leads the development team to create applications that provide maintenance of certification credit as well as foster quality improvement. He provides strategic counsel to prominent organizations including boards of medical specialties, healthcare organizations, non-profits and government agencies, with the goal of helping them deliver extraordinary outcomes. Eric is passionate about continuous improvement and plays a critical role in evolution of d’Vinci's application development, maintenance and support processes. Eric graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in specialized technology/graphic design.
Manager, Learning Solutions
Jenny Fedullo leads the learning solutions team to provide innovative, learner-focused solutions that improve performance. She has a passion for using engaging content and technology to make learners and clients successful. Jenny has held a number of training and development positions throughout her career and knows how training can impact an individual’s performance, a department’s results and a company’s bottom line. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and management from Lock Haven University and has numerous certifications in training management and instructional design.
Senior Instructional Designer
Sally has a gift for information organization and has many years of hands-on experience with eLearning development. She understands how different parts of a learning solution work together to deliver effective training that helps organizations improve performance. Her strong writing and design skills are a powerful combination for creating effective, interactive courses. Sally holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Nebraska.
Lead Content Designer
Chris's artistic skills bring many of our websites to life while his close attention the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) ensure that every design on every device is not only beautiful, but fully functional. Chris has the unique ability to take content, wrap a creative and visually-rich environment around it, and serve up interactive pieces that both delight and inform. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Columbus College of Art and Design in Ohio.
With years of IT and programming experience, Matt is skilled in many development languages. He serves as d’Vinci’s software architect and facilitates communication between stakeholders to make high-level design choices and dictate technical standards. Matt holds an associate degree in computer science from Crafton Hills Community College in California.
Learning and Technology Strategist
Jenny Kerwin consults on various adult learning solutions and helps lead the team on learning campaigns, eLearning solutions, blended learning, micro learning, learning management systems (ecoLearn) and performance support tools. Jenny has served clients as an instructional designer and content developer and enjoys helping learners understand what’s important to get their jobs done more effectively and efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Mansfield University and is a member of the Association for Talent Development.
Jackie brings an excitement for learning and technology to d'Vinci with more than 15 years in the education field. She collaborates with industry-leading education partners to create engaging interactive experiences and outreach. Previously, she worked in higher education teaching, directing professional development programs for educators, and leading digital projects for publishers. Dedicated to using technology to make an impact, she is a regular speaker on using technology in instruction and assessment and has presented at conferences in Australia, UK, Asia, UAE, South Africa as well as North America.
Project Manager/Instructional Designer
Annie has a background in technical writing and graphic design. Always cheerful and enthusiastic, she brings her many talents to helping d'Vinci projects stay organized and on track. Annie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech in communications, with a minor in technical writing.
Application Support Specialist
Vijay brings a holistic approach to audio/video production and eLearning development. He orchestrates a learning experience that is both technically-precise and intellectually-engaging. Vijay is experienced with most e-learning authoring tools and is an Adobe certified Captivate developer and instructor. As our audio/visual expert, he has written, directed, and executed many learning-centered productions and leads application support across many projects. Vijay attended Shepherd College, studying music composition and music education.
Angeline understands how different parts of a learning solution work together to deliver effective training. She works with clients and subject matter experts to develop innovative programs and help organizations improve performance. Previously, Angeline worked as training and learning specialist for both K12 and adult learners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral sciences and a Master of Education in training and development from Penn State. She has also taught Creative Writing for Learning Solutions at Harrisburg University. Angeline is the 2017 president of the Central PA Chapter of ATD.
Previously, Diffenderfer worked for Dreamwagon Games and BeneCard PBF and ran his own company, Magnos Software. He has a Bachelor of Science in computer software engineering and mathematics from Shippensburg University and is a resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
John knows how to partner with organizations and businesses to improve performance. He works with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and develop innovative online and blended learning solutions. Throughout his career, John has supervised a team of graphic designers, instructional designers, and programmers to create web-based training and simulation projects. John has more than two decades of experience in education and training development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in music education from Mansfield University and a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
Technical Account Manager
Patti delivers the perfect mix of technology know-how and communications savvy to create innovative solutions that get results. She serves as the primary point of communication for d'Vinci's key medical and select corporate clients. Patti brings extensive experience in product/project leadership, application development, customer service, and support. Previously, Patti worked on software development projects for clients including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the National Institutes of Health and The Center for Food Integrity.
Senior Content Designer
Melissa designs interactive interfaces, infographics, illustrations and other engaging visuals that are part of our learning experiences. Throughout her years in the field, she has designed and developed for clients across many different industries. Melissa holds an associate’s degree in graphic design from Harrisburg Area Community College.
Hollie focuses on eLearning design and development. She combines both creative and organizational skills, helping her deliver interactive learning and performance support tools that engage learners and improve performance. Hollie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in multimedia and web design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Jenica brings years of instructional design and development experience to d’Vinci. In previous positions with large companies and government agencies, Jenica served as a training development specialist and an instructional system developer where she provided procedural and training design support.
Jenica takes pride in her ability to transform complex subjects into easy-to-understand pieces of information. She holds a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from Mountain State University and a master’s degree in learning technology from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
Associate eLearning Developer
Rachel works closely with the entire Learning Solutions team, helping to design and build eLearning courses and content. She uses her creative skills to design graphics and interfaces that engage learners.
Rachel holds an associates degree in visual arts from Hagerstown Community College.
Quality & Support Specialist
Katie plays a key role providing quality assurance (QA) for eLearning courses as well as QA and end user support for ecoLearn Learning Management System (LMS) and applications. Katie has been a system and application trainer as well as a QA tester at both corporations and government organizations. Katie studied at Harrisburg Area Community College and Kutztown University.
Technical Project Manager
Jonathan delivers a deep understanding of online technologies, project management, business analysis, application development and product marketing to the d’Vinci team. As SCRUM Master he has led the formation of agile development processes, which drive d’Vinci’s application development team. Previously, Jonathan held positions as the global marketing manager and systems analyst for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. Among other responsibilities, he was the lead architect for the company’s global marketing technologies and CRM application. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in interactive multimedia from Southern Oregon University, as well as degrees in data analytics from Southern Oregon and business analysis from Villanova University.
Grady handles Drupal programming, interactive and learning game development, quality assurance testing and technical support. While still in college, Grady started an online game development company that created K-12 educational apps. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and minor in mathematics from the University of Maryland.
