To educate the public about the history of country music, d’Vinci is collaborating with PBS to create the Ken Burns Country Music interactive timeline on pbslearningmedia.org, a free service that offers thousands of contextualized learning materials aligned to state and national standards.

The engaging and educational learning experience will take learners back in time to explore the history and development of country music while complementing the acclaimed storytelling style of Ken Burns. The timeline will highlight the beginnings of country music in the early days of America through the 1990s and how those roots influenced the many styles of country music that we know today. The timeline will illustrate how changes in American society have been reflected in the changing sounds of country music.

The Ken Burns Country Music interactive timeline is expected to launch in early 2020.
