To help clients navigate the challenges and opportunities in learning technologies, d’Vinci Interactive has added Jackie Ricords as an interactive account manager. In this position, she will provide ongoing consulting to clients so they can effectively use d’Vinci’s capabilities to accomplish their educational goals.
Ricords previously was a director for Credo in Boston and for IGI Global in Hershey, PA, where she coordinated eLearning strategy for key accounts. She also was an assistant professor and eLearning program faculty advisor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Kent State University and Marywood University. In addition, Ricords coordinated grant programs for educational technology and service-learning for the Commonwealth of PA.
Ricords holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and English from the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks on using technology in instruction and assessment and has presented at conferences worldwide. She is also a member of the Central PA ASTD leadership team, where she helps training professionals learn the latest industry trends to better serve clients.
