Navigating the EEO Complaint Process

The USFS needed training to help employees better manage the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint process. d’Vinci designed and developed a five-module eLearning course where learners experience EEO scenarios from the perspective of a manager or an employee. The course was developed using d’Vinci’s 508-compliant ecoLearn® content development framework to meet requirements for both accessibility and interactivity.
