Implicit Bias and Bystander Instructor-Led Training

Video vignettes and interactive audience polling

d’Vinci collaborated with the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board (PACLE) to develop a compelling implicit bias and bystander training program tailored for the legal profession. This innovative instructor-led program utilizes compelling video vignettes and interactive audience polling technology to foster engaging and thought-provoking group discussions led by accredited facilitators across Pennsylvania.

The heart of the program features four video scenarios, brought to life by six professional actors over a two-day on-location shoot. To enhance the learning experience, d’Vinci also produced a comprehensive suite of supporting materials, including a technical guide, a facilitator guide, and audience handouts.

"We believe that this program is a significant step towards our commitment to improving diversity, inclusion, and awareness as necessary components to performing in the legal profession of today."

- PACLE Chair Candace L. Komar

d’Vinci also worked with PACLE help recent law school graduates learn about Client/Attorney Relationship, Fiduciary Requirements, Diversity & Inclusion and other topics to help them transition into their careers. We produced videos with Subject Matter experts and created scenarios to demonstrate common situations. Live polls, group discussions and a personal diversity & inclusion action plan engage the students in the course. Learn more about the work.
