Interacting with People with Traumatic Brain Injuries

PACPA needed to train officers to interact with citizens suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Using a storytelling approach, our team created an eLearning course with video interactions to immerse officers into real-life scenarios. Learners respond to the scenarios then view three alternate endings based on their response.
