Educating Providers to Increase Patient Compliance

Amerigroup worked with Discern Health and our team to create an instructor-led training workshop and supporting webinars to educate staff members and providers on quality and performance data collection. Our custom workshop included interactive icebreakers, card games, matching activities, trivia rounds and reflection exercises. After completing the workshop, participants showed a 50% increase in understanding the concepts.
