Evaluating Team Performance in a Medical Setting

TEAM is a 360 self-assessment platform originally built for the American Board of Internal Medicine to enable physicians to gather and interpret feedback from their coworkers. d’Vinci developed the TEAM web application where physicians register, complete a self-review, and identify other healthcare professionals to provide feedback. The co-workers provide their feedback within TEAM and the application provides a summarized report for analysis. Completing the module earns MOC credit for the physician. ACGME selected d'Vinci to refactor and redesign the TEAM module into a resource for graduate medical education students. The module will be used to increase teamwork skills and awareness in the graduate medical education setting through ACGME accredited educational institutions.
